The LIFE ReTSW-SINT project was born out of a group of environmentally responsible companies and universities looking for innovative solutions to mitigate and reduce the environmental impact of industrial activities.

The participating companies and universities are:

  • Ceramica Fondovalle s.p.a.
  • Fritta Italia s.r.l.
  • Turbocoating s.p.a.
  • K4Sint s.r.l.
  • Majorca s.p.a.
  • Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia

The main goal of the LIFE ReTSW-SINT project is to demonstrate the possibility of valorization and recycling of different types of waste from thermal spray in high-value products for industrial and residential use. The project received financial support from the European Union through the LIFE+ program, thanks to the environmental significance of the project and the possibility of transferring it to other companies.
