BETACRYL® the acrylic stone of the new generation
BETACRYL® Pure Acrylic Stone is a Solid Surface material made approximately of two-thirds of aluminum hydroxide, a third of acrylic resin and natural pigments.
The aluminum hydroxide gives the product a particular strength, the quality of the acrylic resin ensures cleanliness, suitability for contact with food, water resistance and colour stability over time. Despite its consistency, similar to natural stone, BETACRYL® is restorable and can be fabricated with woodworking equipment. It can be seamlessly joined and a simple thermoforming process allows to create curved surfaces allowing total freedom to the designers’ imagination.

HIGH INTRINSIC QUALITY
We tried to give the best answer to a basic question: what is expected from a material used for the public and private spaces organization? Obviously a high intrinsic quality, ductility and dimensional flexibility, a low maintenance, essential aesthetic advantages and – last but not least – the price. Here our relevant answer to the question: remaining faithful to the pure acrylic, to the politics of small numbers, to a concept of accessible design, we wanted to continue to offer excellent solutions, keeping prices down and increasing using opportunities.
MANUFACTURING FACILITIES
Four new manufacturing facilities – three for the production of pure acrylic sheets and one for pure acrylic moulded shapes – and the set up of the first flexible manufacturing facility in the world from 930 to 1520 mm in width, are the foundation for what seems to be one of the most important revolutions in the coming years in terms of design and indoor and outdoor spaces organisation.

The wide flexibility of our innovative production system enables us to manufacture our BETACRYL® Pure Acrylic Stone sheets in thicknesses ranging from 3.5 mm and 25 mm, widths ranging from 600mm and 1520 mm and lengths up to 4050 mm.

Betaflex
Betaflex: the BETACRYL® heart beats in the direction of maximum antibacterial elasticity.
The study of new solutions and the constant development of BETACRYL® led to the creation of Betaflex, the brand new version of our Pure Acrylic Stone.
Betaflex combines two primary qualities of the material: it is totally antibacterial and guarantees a thermoformability greater than 30%, leaving the mechanical resistance unchanged.

Betaflex makes it possible to create tops with much deeper washbasins, with incredibly reduced radii and vertical walls, contributing to a reduction in transformation costs that was previously impossible.
The usual qualities of the material remain unchanged: total colour stability, gluing with imperceptible joints, durability over time and silky appearance.

For linear, simple and affordable realizations
To complete our prestigious range of products, Betalite, a latest generation Modified Acrylic Solid Surface, which compensates for its reduced thermoformability with a particularly attractive price and increased colour stability over time.
Shapes
The range is enriched with a new asymmetrical bathtub with thin edge.
