Coante produces quartz-based composite slabs with its latest and innovative Breton technology.

Coante‘s most advanced Breton technology enables a production capacity for all products in the world and for many products that have not manufactured yet with superior quality and continuity.

Coante can be used for all kinds of flooring, covering, exterior, kitchen and bathroom countertop, elevated flooring and stairs.

Having High 7 MOHS hardness than those of marble and granite Coante has a great advantage against its alternatives in floor and worktop applications thanks to its high scratch and chemical resistance and stain-resistant structure. Easily applicable in all areas where natural stone can be used, Coante products, is hygienic unlike natural stone due to the presence of capillary cracks in the structure. And since each one is a design product, it adds elegance to your life with its wide colour options.
Breton Technology

Patented by the Italian Breton firm, BRETONSTONE®, briefly composite products (slabs) are manufactured by two main processes such as casting and polishing and operation of auxiliary processes (auxiliary facilities) that are supportive of such processes.

BRETONSTONE® technology; bases on the principle of combining the best properties of both components in a single product by combining the materials (quartz, marble, granite, olive kernel etc.) that are brought to aggregate (granule) size with a binder (resin, cement etc.). The general purpose here is to remove the defects found in natural products and the inhomogeneous aesthetic appearance.
Products produced by BRETONSTONE® technology
- Because of the features that the production process brings, the product contains uniform visuals that have gained continuity. The dimensional deviation is not observed.
- High MOHS hardness (7) provides better scratch resistance than marble and granite.
- The lack of porosity on the surface of the product prevents the reproduction of microorganisms on the surfaces. This provides a hygiene advantage that is not available in the equivalent products. Due to the high water non-absorptivity, the product is stainless on the surface.
- Since the product can be produced in large sizes, aesthetic image is obtained with fewer connection points.
- With its high chemical resistance, the product has a great advantage over alternative products in both floor and countertop applications.
- It can be used in all areas where natural stone is used.

Coante Countertops

Coante countertops are produced from natural quartz, one of the hardest minerals in the world.

Granite Countertops

One of the commonly used materials is granite, which is a natural stone.
Coante is more sturdy and more resistant than granite. But Granite care and cleanliness is not as easy as Coante. Certain oils and acids can form stains on granite surface and also requires maintenance to protect its brightness.
Granite has a material resistant to the heat and many other kitchen items. However, due to its porous structure, poured liquids may fill the pores.
Since it is a natural stone, the colour choice is not varied. For it is formed with cooling and solidification of molten materials, they have different colours and different designs. For this reason, no granite countertops are alike.
